Hey, I’m Bianca (aka B), an online fitness coach helping women feel strong, confident, and proud of their bodies. I’ll work with you towards goals like fat loss, building strength, gaining muscle, and feeling more confident in the gym, focusing on the fundamentals that actually get results.
I also support women with more individual or specialised needs, including PCOS, pre/post-natal, peri-menopause, and beyond.
